A simple and easy to use calculator that will help you accurately determine the alcohol content of you home brewed beer or wine with a complex, non-linier formula
There are many simply formulas which use the original and final gravities of you home brew to detmine the ABV
However because the relationship between the alcohol content and the final gravity is not a linear one they are only accurate within 1%.
However this calculator uses a long winded formula with gives a far more accurate reading everytime.
ABV = ((76.08)x(OG-FG) / (1.775-OG)) x (FG/0.794))
