Following a few simple steps the user easily registers and gets his claim number in real time.The mobile application gives valuable information for the closest offices of Generali Insurance, as well as information for all of the medical centers in the country – the users can be navigated to their locations or dial the number directly from the application.
In the mobile application the users can find useful information how to act in case of household or Casco claim and allows its user to dial directly with the phone number of the Customer Service Center.
