- View and manage your policy
- Roadside Emergency Assistance
Roadside Assist is extremely useful, especially in cases of emergency. The Mobile App enables you to request roadside assistance sending your exact location (GPS must be enabled).
- Assistance contacts
With this feature, you can add up to three contacts who will be notified via SMS that you have requested assistance. The SMS will include your location, provided that your mobile device is GPS enabled.
- Capture accident scene details
Accident scenes are always stressful situations and in the heat of the moment, you might forget to get all the necessary details. The app is designed to help you capture all the information required to ensure a smooth claims process.
Some of the features include:
Taking pictures of the scene of the accident
Capturing damage to vehicles
Capturing details of other parties, including witnesses and other parties
This information can be submitted together with a claim on the spot or later. A first for South Africa!

Once you’ve captured all the required particulars, you can attach the accident scene details and submit your claim – it’s that easy.

The app allows you to add up to three additional users, such as your spouse or another regular driver of your vehicle.
