“Rakan Keselamatan” (RK) is aimed to resolve the safety complaints. This system helps system admin, agent and staff to solve the complaint reported by users. In addition, Administrator will update the progress of each complaint assigned by the System Admin. The system admin will monitor the complaints before assign them to the agents. System admin can also delete the redundant complaints reported by the user.
