Listen to your favorite Grateful Dead shows from soundboard recordings or audience uploads to the Internet Archive.Player features include:
* Caching of year and set data locally for quick reuse
* Soundboards are shown in blue
* Now with ratings from the Internet Archive
* Gap-less playback of songs
* Playback pauses during phone calls
* Playback volume decreases during notifications and navigation
* History - remove items from history by long pressing
* Favorites - add from shows list by long pressing and remove by long-pressing in the favorites list
* View shows on archive.org by long pressing in the show, favorites and history lists
* Playback can be controlled from the notifications

** If you have any crashes or 'Not responding' messages, please include the year and show that you were trying to view, if applicable. Or what you were doing in general so that I can try it too. If you have the ability to send the output of logcat, that would be very helpful.

Improvements and bug fixes!- Fixed some of the lagginess
- Fixed bluetooth display for show title
- Maybe helped bluetooth controls a bit. Hard for me to test, as I don't have bluetooth headphones with next/previous buttons...
