Description
I have been a Toastmaster officer for 2 terms now, and I wanted to create an app that would resolve some of the issues our club was having. First of all, our meetings are 1:15 long during lunch time, and we seek to make our meetings as efficient as possible. To do that, we have to be concise with our voting, and our feedback. This app is able to make voting and sending feedback extremely efficient as well as gives the moderator the ability to add votes manually to compensate for guests or members that do not have a smart phone. We also needed a way to get connected with the other members of the club and guests so we allowed for users to include their social media accounts into their profile, the club can include their meetup.com (Meetup.com is great for promoting your club) link, and there is a way to keep track of everyone’s email so that your club will be able to easily keep everyone up to date on the club’s activities.
